A one of one denim jacket reconstructed from vintage Levi’s, Lee, and Carhartt denim. The pattern is based on a modified Type II jacket, rebuilt from irregular panels of worn cloth. A laser etched trompe l’oeil layer was added across the surface to bring the mismatched denim into one visual field, correcting breaks in tone without hiding the repair. Patched, mended, and carefully remade, the jacket holds the structure of a classic denim jacket while showing the process used to rebuild it.
