Warden Cap
My dad was a game warden; he wore a green cap. This isn’t an exact replica, but the feeling is the same. This batch was made with a collection of vintage kimono fabric remnants. We worked with a local coffee roaster to develop a custom 100% upcycled brim material made from burlap sacks and LDPE coffee bean bags
Craftmanship
Caps are cut and sewn in small batches. The most care is taken to lay the pattern efficiently on the fabric to minimize waste
Reclaimed materials are used throughout the whole hat with the exception of the sweat band which is made from a heavy cotton twill, no interfacing
