Refunds & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• To start a return, simply email us at info@objectfromnothing.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

What you can Expect

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. If you prefer, we can also offer an exchange or store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us immediately (within 14 days).

• We’ll prioritize shipping a replacement if available. If not, a full refund will be issued.

A Few Notes

• Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email) is required for all returns.

• Custom orders and one-of-one commissioned pieces may be eligible for exchange or store credit only, depending on the nature of customization. We will always work with you to find the best resolution.
