The main fabric, reclaimed work pants, have been exposed to time and human labor, softening the fabric and giving unique personality to every hat. The sweatband and seam binding use bias-cut Superfine Merino 120 suiting fabric; a natural super material that regulates temperature and has exceptional water and odor absorption properties. Its immediate comfort and quality are undeniable. The flexible vegetable-tanned leather brim shapes to your head or packs easily into a bag. The cap is finished with a Velcro closure. We prefer Velcro here because it is low profile with no hardware to dig in if you rest your head.
